This picture was taken last year by @sierraflanagan4 at the Soggy Dollar Bar in the British Virgin Islands; this is where the Painkiller was first invented! The aptly named Soggy Dollar Bar can only be accessed by swimming in from your boat…..how freakin cool!? @sierraflanagan4 somehow even managed to swim back with a souvenir hat for me from the bar!!!
Fun fact- the Painkiller is actually my favorite cocktail of all time!

As the tropical-loving summer-girl, I thought the Painkiller Smoothie Bowl I developed would be tough to beat, HOWEVER Sierra suggested making a Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie Bowl and honestly it’s just as yummy in its own unique way!! I mean who can refuse a little pumpkin once September hits let’s be honest…. They both have a super sweet taste and are certainly filling enough for an entire meal! Enjoy! 🍍🎃
Till next time fellow tropics! 🥥

Wow I need to try the pumpkin, sounds amazing! 😍
